The Blank Collective is proudly Australian owned business based out of Brisbane and Japan. We currently offer standard shipping to Australia and internationally.

All orders placed before noon (Brisbane Time) are dispatched the same business day. Orders places after will be dispatched the following business day.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

If you haven't received a tracking email from us, please contact hello@theblankcollective.com.au and we will be able to follow this up for you. 

If you are not home at the time of delivery, the delivery driver will leave your parcel in a safe place, if for some reason it seems unsafe they will leave a card and take your parcel to your local Australia Post office or attempt a redelivery.

 

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

All shipping estimates are given directly from Australia Post. Once your order has been received by Aus Post they are responsible for the shipping date accuracy.

We don't currently offer express postage.

Above delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, holiday periods, weekends and severe weather.  We are not responsible for stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order.  If the wrong delivery address is provided, The Blank Collective cannot offer reimbursement for this package.

 

 

 

RETURNS 

We want you to love your The Blank Collective products! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order (at your own expense) for a store credit of the product value, within 14 days of your purchase. (excluding apparel pieces)

The item must be in unused condition, in original packaging and with proof of purchase attached (proof of purchase can be your order number, or your invoice received with your order).

The Blank Collective has the right to reject a return if they do not meet the above conditions. In this instance, we will contact you and organise to send back the return at your expense. Please note that we do not offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind. 

All apparel purchases are final, and we do not offer returns.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To lodge a return, contact us at hello@theblankcollective.com.au with "Returns Request" in the subject line, your order number. Please include the reason for the return and photo evidence of the issue. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
